   How to delete the specified section as fig.2 by using the command of break?

best to use the TRIM command instead

because you can not know which direction the rectangle was drawn from looking at it

TRIM
=> select the Pline

When prompted for the object to trim :
=> Select a crossing of the corner with the 2 sides to be removed.


PS I have assumed the original is a PLine.
Otherwise just delete what you don't want.
