Missing Dialog Boxes
« on: May 02, 2006, 10:10:22 AM »
I've got a fellow employee who's system crashed yesterday and lost all dialog box functions, everything has gone to command line base.
How do i get the dialog boxes back?

Thanks

Check the setting of the FILEDIA variable (I think) and there's another one which escapes me.

At home today so I've got no AutoCAD to check

Ctrl 9 for AutoCAD 2006 brings back the command line.
_commandlinehide
check to see if SDI is set to 0
cmddia 1
filedia 1

menuload and reload acad.mnu
Acad probably couldn,t find the acad.mnu file and disconnected it.
