Custom Ribbon Not Showing Properly

I have a custom ribbon panel that has tabs on it some of the tabs show the right bmps some of them do not.  IN the cui if i click on the ones with the wrong bmps showing it shows that it has the right one stored for it.  Any ideas why? in the image the 1st and 3rd in the red circle are wrong and the 2nd 4th and 5th are right

I don't know about your specific problem, but I think it's because you're using Acad2009.
Customizing the Ribbon with that release is frustrating because of the number of bugs.

I did what autodesk said not to and opened the cui file in an xml editor.
I found the listing where the icons are specified and set them to the correct images.
of course I also stripped out the path statements and included just the file name. It was handy in the long run too.

Please back up your cui before doing this.  :lol:
I would hate hate to hear of evil results and no way to go back.
