ZIGZAG linetype scale does not change

Hi all

The attached 2 lines has the same properties but when PAN the drawing comes the lower comes like this.
But when copy any paste in a new file the line comes normal.

First off, what version are you using?
Are your using metric or Imperial Units?

I am wondering if it isn't a regen thing. I am unable to duplicate your problem. Telling me it has something to do with your graphics, or regen.

In 2012 version, I open and PAN the file...nothing changes.
