Autodesk Subscription Centre Weirdness
« on: April 27, 2009, 11:05:15 AM »
Have any of you (who manage your company's Autodesk subscriptions) received way more emails than you would expect, telling you to go download your new software?

I manage the subscriptions for two companies which is a pain in the butt to begin with, but... sparing you the details, I've tried to get some help online and every attempt has failed so far.  I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with their site.

I just wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same...

It's the complete opposite for me, Mike. I have not received even one email regarding my subscription...at least not since the one saying it was going to expire in 3 months.

Nice...

I don't much care for the online subscription centre... I usually come out with more questions than I went in with.  There's always SOMETHING not working.

This guy is really starting to bug me too.

Mike, your just looking at the picture wrong, he is pleading to the heavens "why,  why,  why wont it plot"

He does seem to have that grin of "oh dear gods of irony you WOULD choose NOW to fatal error on me, WOULDN'T YOU!?!?"

More like "why,  why,  why does it crash when I publish constantly".  :ugly:
Open and publish the same files with 2007 no problem.
Just seems to be a bug in 2009.
