C3D 2008 Datum Conversion

I've got a USGS DEM in UTM NAD27 format.  I'd like to convert this to VA State Plane coordinates.  How would I do this?

Set your file to that system import the DEM,
Then set up another file on your desired CS, and then perform a MAP query on the first file you made and saved, MAP will transform the data during the query process.
