How can I make a dynamic block by vlisp or vba codes?

How can I use vlisp or vba codes to make a dymamic block like this , instead of use the "bedit" command ?

It looks as if you've already got it created...... so if that's the case, then why would you want to re-create it using code??!?   :?

I just want to know methods about create the dynamic block by codes,the block I posted is only a example.

I don't believe you can create a DB with lisp.  You can access the properties but that's about it.
