Doesn't Firefox have an FTP client extension?

This is a very big decision.

My suggestions are Serv-U for a server. http://www.rhinosoft.com/ Just keep it updated!!!!
There are better sever softwares ,but this one is easy to use and very secure.

Thanks for the other opinion on this. I am researching all options. The NetBSD/FTPd thing is still under consideration too.

Is this what you use? The Serv-U + FlashFXP combo?

I assume you really like it, otherwise you wouldn't have suggessted it, huh?

It what I have used in the past. It has been a while. I belive you can demos of eash to give them a try.
