Label copy
« on: October 21, 2010, 04:39:17 PM »
I created some new line label styles in the labels and tables and a friend wants to have them on his computer.  I have no problems with that but each style has 5 or 6 fields that need to be filled in and I was wondering if there is a faster way to copy the information and put it on his computer without going thru each and every one filling in the blanks.  I have 2010 C3D.

Thanks,
BM

I finally figured out a way to do this. (it may not be the best but it works)  I decided to post this in case anyone else reads old posts.

Use the labels on any dwg.  Copy that dwg. into a new drawing and the label fields will fill in automatically.  You can then delete the copied dwg. and continue with your new project.
