I need to convert an .arp file to CAD. Any ideas?

What make is an .arp file? Which program creates it? I don't see that one in Map.

You are talking about Geographic Information Systems? If so, when I worked at my previous company we received those files all the time and they could convert them. I never got to do the conversions but I think they used either PLSCADD or TLCADD, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
