Corrupt file....

I have a drawing that I need to recover, but when I try to recover it autocad stops responding then shuts down during recovery. Any idea how I can fix this MAJOR headache?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

insert it into a blank dwg, explode, saveas

I tried that and nothing happened so I hit F2 and this is what I got:
