Fix lines lisp

I tried the search but I wasnt able to locate something like this.

Heres the story, and Im sure Im not the first! Designer desides he can do all the drawings up to building sections. He shows everything in the plans/sections/elevations. Now heres the kicker, the floor plan xref is all screwed. His units were set to 1/16 and dimensions too. So basically all of the drawings have fractions down to the x/256 all over the place (walls, wall thicknesses, doors, roofs, cabinets, reflected ceilings).

Is there a lisp that will trim or extend lines that do not connect by say less than 1/8". If it could straighten lines first where the 2 endpoints are off by less than 1/8" that would be awesome!! Also if there are multiple lines that are just offset by less than 1/8". Some of those double lines we need for say the heads/thresholds or sills.

Theres my wishlist, if there is anything that could help me please point me in the right direction. Or let me know if Im pretty much dreaming here.

Im just trying to fix the flr pln xref so I can send to consultants. Ive already put in some time and everywhere I look theres more crap.
7-8 million dollar custom home and I have to start with this.......

thanks

Here's ONE that might help a bit.  It's not EXACTLY what you're looking for, but close.

If there is such a routine I haven't seen it.
I feel your pain, I had a similar experience a month ago. Just started over because
just the floor plans had been done. No way could i live the the inaccuracy's.
The errors just keep popping up & before you know it you have spent enough time fixing,
you could re draw the house.
What is your role in the project?
I might just consider the plans as "Hand Drawn" and use his paper plots only.
If not you may be suicidal before it's done. :)
