select all grips in one location

It used to be that any overlapping grips would move as one entity, but now if I have two or more grips in one location I have to move them one at a time.  Anyone know of a variable for this?  I would like to be able to sleect the grip and have all in that location follow the lead.

Using ACAD2000 I use the ALT key plus left mouse to move the highlited items.
Is that what you are trying to do?
If you use the shift key the items are copied.

nonono...  I'm talking about if you have three lines that end at the same point but come from different directions.  You want to move the point where they meet by using only grips.  So you selec each line so all grips are shown on all three lines.  Then you select the grip where they all meet and drag it to some new location.  It used to move all three, but now it only takes one at random.  How can I get it to move all three again?

CAB, I think we're going to have to defer this to someone with 2006. I hope there's some kind of variable that affects this. If this isn't inclusive to 2006, try looking at some options under the selection tab. Hopefully, you'll find something there.

I can't find anything relative to this so far.  I have looked heavily in the options GUI and the help files, but have come up with nothing.  It is a real PITA...

I wanna take advantage of grips, though.  They are handy and quick.  Let's not argue which is quicker ;-) lets just find out how to get this to work again.
