Lisp to convert Block to Text Character

Is there any method to convert my blocks to text characters?

If I can recall, Corel Draw can convert vector graphic to TTF font... It was very long time ago, maybe nowadays there is some better approach... And for blocks, I'd draw vector drawings, explode them and leave font characters like polylines/regions, so that you can later extrude them and have 3d representation... That Corel can't do....

Is a custom character used in the DWG file is saved and showed for other users?
or
Do I need export the DWG with another file like TTF?

did anyone tried this?

Suggestion made on another forum make a block, attribute-image-attribute just set the attribute text alignment.
