what command are you using to close dwg?  also what is the value of your sdi variable?

They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy Bacon and that's a close second.
Sometimes the question is more important than the answer. (Thanks Kerry for reminding me)

I close several different ways, but mostly file pull down - close. SDI is set to 0. Whats odd is that if I try to change the SDI to 1 it comes back Invalid. Also, in options the Single-Drawing selection is grayed out and I'm unable to check the check box.

What Version of AutoCad are you using.

The reason I ask is that We are using 2005LT, and I frequently have 'Errors' when I shut down AutoCad. It doesn't affect the closing dwg, and AutoCad opens again without problems, but it is annoying to get the AutoCad Error message. I have re-installed several times, still there.

It's annoying, but not worth spending many hours trying to fix.

I just figure that they changed something in their shutdown process, since I haven't had the problem with previous releases.

I don't know about ADT but you can't use SDI 1 in LDT. Could be the for same reasons!

I used ADT3.3. I say the first thing you should do is in add/remove programs: repair. You'll need your installation cd's, but that would be definately the first thing I'd do.
