FELIX:
System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException:
An attempt was made to access a socket in a way that is prohibited by access permissions xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:443

This error occurs in user micro. I tested it with the DLL compiled as an EXE and it works.
Only as DLL in AutoCAD the error occurs in some users.
