Dynamic text size
« on: April 18, 2021, 07:46:26 AM »
Hi everyone,
I'm interested to know if it is possible to set size of the text dynamically via Autolisp??

Actually I have been using a fixed text size or getting a size from user in my programs, Now I would like to set appropriate size to text automatically by Autolisp, mostly based on an object's property, for example closed polyline's area. like the attached image:

I guess I should use polyline's area to  set this dynamically, but I don't know how I can do it.

Can someone help with  my project?
Thanks in advance.

Have you looked at annotative text that is what it was created for to autoscale.
