break 2 polylines to add a door or window and close the polys

how can i break a wall and close it again at the break lines so i would see from left to right:
2 CLOSED polylines above eachother (wall) , the window or door i just put inbetween the breakpoints, 2 CLOSED polylines above eachother (wall)
