I understand your native language may not be English so please don't take offense to my following suggestion. You may get more help if you had a better description of your problem (subject line). People often spend a lot of time in the "Unread posts" page where only subject lines are shown. If they do not see an interesting topic listed they may not see your post. "Help" isn't interesting.
