Error message

Upon executing one of my lisps, I get this message...

; error: Unknown exception occurred
; error: Exception occurred: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation)
; warning: unwind skipped on unknown exception

Can this be fixed?
I doubt, but then why I wouldn't ask for some opinion...

None of those... I was playing with 3D SOLIDS... Once I've transformed TORUS and then I applied another transformation on transformed 3D SOLID with XYZfact3dsols-*-3proj.lsp (XYZfact3dsols-*-3proj.vlx) posted in this topic :
