- sweep circle shape along arc
- offset arc
- arraypath semi rectangular shape with arced lower edge along offset arc
- offset arc
- change thickness of offset arc, or extrude offset arc

Now if you need routine, that's another answer... Perhaps someone with free time can answer and to that...
