Force viewports ON when copied
« on: January 05, 2017, 09:05:31 AM »
Is there a setting/variable that will control a viewport's MISC > ON (Yes/No) property? The MAXACTVP variable doesn't have any affect when I copy/paste a paper space viewport that is OFF. I want it to automatically turn ON when pasted so I can see the model space objects.

I remember when they would always paste with the display off. Never understood that one because I always want them on. Now that they copy with their current state you want options.

No matter how much AutoCAD improves, people will always want more.

Has anyone else noticed the lack of AutoDesk bashing around here?
