Laydel with "Name of Layer"

I can not seem to this to run in a script. Any ideas?

One thing I see strange is the double quoted name: (command "._LAYDEL" "Name" ""Area Building"" "Yes")

This seems to work: (command ".-LAYDEL" "Name" "Area Building" "" "Yes")
