Topic: Pre-populate a filename in saveas

I do not know if this is possible but hey! I will ask... Is there a way that I can have a user (Macro, lisp, etc...) and in the saveas dialog box it has a default file name already there? (User could still change it if they had too). I saw this with excel via VBA. Did not know if ACAD could do the same in another fashion or now.
