Civil3D - Change default Station on Alignments

Anyone know where to change the default Alignment Station in the Civil 3D Settings tab?

It is also one of the few items that even when you SAVE CHANGES TO COMMAND SETTINGS
is set to yes...well it doesn't save that one....

I imagine some of those still active on that list were added in 2004 ... It seems to me that Civil 3D has now been around longer than Land Desktop was before Civil 3D was introduced and keep expecting to one day see the new " Anointed One " being promoted.
