Command Line Select Objects in Zoom Extents
« on: October 12, 2016, 09:16:00 AM »
Just curious through the command line, how to select objects that are zoom extents within your modelspace view. I have been isolating objects and then running burst by selecting "All". But it also burst's what is turned off or frozen. Maybe I'm just having one of those awesome days! thxs for the help.

why command line and not lisp? "all" will always use the entire object database including off, but should exclude frozen IIRC

see this for viewport coordinates, which could be used with selecting a crossing window, not something you could type at a command line, but could be rolled into a lisp to select objects first, then run your chosen command
