Just curious here,

When I select an object and then hover the mouse over the object a popup appears showing (color, layer and linetype). Any way to get it to populate with some geometry information? (Length, Arc Radius, etc) things like that?

Not a big deal, just was curious....

I'm not sure about that, but you might find "quick properties" handy. That is customizable.

If a 3rd party tool is an option, Periscope from manusoft.com can do it.
