help, problem with coordinates

hello, here asking for your help again, I have a problem, I attached the test.dwg file, autocad tells me that the curve has Z: 3.00, but when using the getpoint command lisp tells me Z: -1.1302, as I do for Z: 3.00 using the command getpoint ??? Thank you for your help!!!!

It looks to me like the first vertex has a Z value of 3, but all of the other vertices have a Z value of -1.1302.
