Tool Palette - Auto-Hide Speed
« on: July 21, 2016, 09:01:33 AM »
I found this app in the autodesk app store...

http://jtbworld.com/palette-auto-hide-speed

I was looking around for some of the values in the registry and can not seem to find them.

Code: [Select]
< paletterollupdelay="600">< paletterolloutdelay="200">
Any idea where these maybe in AutoCAD 2016?

This kinda relates to this in a way.... When you hoover your cursor over an object you usually get a contextural popup. It usually takes about a second or two to popup after you cursor is over the blue grip of the object. Is there a setting like the tool palette that can speed that up as well?

I don't see a setting for control of the basic tooltip(s)

however there is a setting in options for the extended tooltip display...default is 2 seconds

Yup, I just tried that. Seems like the same time when adjusted. I am testing it out on a polyline with segments and changing them to arcs.
