How can I disable / minimize this field permanently? It comes again and again ...

Issue:
You are working in a secure location and you do not want the system to connect to the internet. You would like to disable the Communication Center in AutoCAD.

Solution:
You will need to open Regedit and search for InfoCenterOn.  You will need to change the value from 1 to 0.

I would pose the same question to you:

If it is already disabled, and their particular question is answered, why would they need more information?

Why indeed, if the answer is both complete and unambiguous?

Now, on the other hand, IF the answer was vague, incomplete, or in error, yes some might need more information.

Further if a user is so new that they can't figure out REGEDIT, it could be a sign that they should NOT be in the registry editing anything.
