Replacement of "Profiles" in LT?

(It's the first time that I look at LT in detail, and maybe I'll miss more than expected ...)
There are no "Profiles" in LT - are there some 3rd party solutions / workarounds / registry tricks to "simulate a profile-handling"?

You *should* be able to push your desired values into the registry using some other means.
AFAIK, the things you are trying to manipulate are stored in the same place as they are for regular AutoCAD.
