CTB Line Weights to pdf or dwf

Hello All
Is there a way to get dwg to pdf to recognize line weights/Thickness assigned in a ctb file?
any help appreciated

Yes. It should work the same as any other plotter.

yes, except you will most likely discover that the PDF writer is using 'virtual' pens and your line weights may not translate
exactly as they appear when using your physical plotter.

some resort to creating a second CTB, and or STB to adjust the PDF lines to match the plotter lines more closely

Stupid question time: are you plotting the PDF to the correct paper size?  I *still* get users sending A1 drawings to 11x17 PDF since that's the hard-copy size they normally print to all day long.  When line weights are scaled down the differences can become too small to easily detect.
