Try asking at the AutoDesk .NET Forum http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/net/bd-p/152
Some of the support people visit there and may have a link  through the back door for the 2014 SDK.

Thank you kdub

Also, I'd suggest you google search for some free pluralsight memberships and/or subscribe to it. Huge resource for C# and .NET courses.

Question for you, where else do you think i can get a copy of ObjectArx2014? Though i have 2015 VSExpress/Civil 3D 2017, I still need to test the codes on 2015 as well as 2014. Is .Net downward compatible

For the most part 2014 through 2017 are "binary" compatible... don't quote me on the term, not sure its necessarily accurate. Unless using something specifically introduced in later versions (such as the featureline additions in 2016), they should be compatible. I personally write for 2014 and verify they work up to 2017 myself.

This is a great idea...they acquired digital tutors which makes the membership even that much better.
