An alternate might have been Station Offset label with reference text to the parcel, AND some user defined property classification(s)

These would have been Perp to your alignment.

That is true, but is still more work, as one must then also specify to which Parcel each-and-every-single Station Offset Label is to reference.

I do wish there was a 'place holder' Reference assignment that could be designated, such as Parcel Left/Right with a max offset range based upon the Label's location about the Alignment.
