Inserting block in area at equal distance.

Is there such as a lisp to do this task?

Have you tried the Express Tools - SuperHatch? It can "array" such block within a boundary at specified distances and starting position.
Common sense - the curse in disguise. Because if you have it, you have to live with those that don't.

It is good idea
But supper hatch fives a fixed number which is (4000mm) and will not give an equal distances.
This arrangement for MEP people who need to put Fire Fighting equipment.

Note the sequence for using blocks: (1) Insert point of first block. (2) scale factor. (3)Rotation. (4) "Window around" for spacing distance ...


That last one defaults to the bounding box of the block you used, but you can specify any size you want.
