Close current file then open created file

Hello Swamp -

I am looking for some help automating a series of commands that we use for cleaning files.

We have a current LISP routine that purges, audits, etc. on a consultant file and then finishes with EXPORTTOACAD command. The AECTOACAD command creates a drawing file with a prefix of 'CLEAN-' in the same directory.

Our current workflow is to: close the current file (without saving), delete the original file, rename the CLEAN-XXXXXXX.dwg file to match the original, and then open the cleaned file. This prevents repathing. Also it is good to note we delete the orignial file in our working drawings. In a separate directory we store the true originals that we receive from consultants as a fall back.

This process works pretty flawlessly for us except for it is totally not automated. Can someone help?
