Did you try adding <>\XMIN (which puts "MIN" below the dim line

Unless this is text wipe-out thing, not sure you can work around that (without removing the background mask in the dim style).

I've noticed that if the text is not in home position, the gap appears.

or one could do this as a SUFFIX with MIN being on same line as dimension string.

+1

[side note]
I do that allot, create a special dim style with a common prefix or suffix (either beside or below) for plus/minus or "(e)" for existing, etc.
Beats add that to all the dimensions involved.

@HasanCAD: What are your values for:
DIMTAD
DIMGAP
DIMTVP
DIMTFILL (text fill, see tedg's remark)

Not Working

I've noticed that if the text is not in home position, the gap appears.
In some cases working.

I am adding this second line for some dimension not all.

@HasanCAD: What are your values for:
DIMTAD
DIMGAP
DIMTVP
DIMTFILL (text fill, see tedg's remark)

DIMTAD = 1
DIMGAP = 1
DIMTVP = 0
DIMTFILL = 0

DIMTAD = 1
DIMGAP = 1
DIMTVP = 0
DIMTFILL = 0
I can't reproduce the issue with those settings (note: I use BricsCAD).
Can you post a dwg?

This works (at least in BricsCAD):
1.
Restore the position of the dimension text (_DIMEDIT).
2.
Use '\X' instead of '\P' to start the new line.

Yes, that is what I was saying, and it works in AutoCAD too.
There is a right-click option to "Reset Text Position" too
