Pipe Structure Label Leader Problem
« on: November 21, 2015, 12:27:43 AM »
There's a gap between our leader and our actual pipe. Our structures are simply null structures with blocks. Anyone have any idea how to rectify this?

OK, this is another one of those areas that Autodesk really drops the ball on product improvements.

What is happening here, is the leader is being attached to the 'bounding box' of your user defined block and NOT the structure insertion point.
In fact C3D will not actually use structure insertion point at all...

So you may want to switch to an alignment label style with reference text components that get the structure details into your label.
