Download trial versions

I am trying to download the trial version of Civil3D 2016. I managed to get the Autodesk Download Manager installed but is far as i can get. If I try again, from the web page the dialog bog says "8 errors" and stops working. *shrug*

Has anyone successfully downloaded and installed a trial version?

yes, however be warned
they must be installed exactly where they were down loaded  and will not allow one to copy the downloaded files to another machine or even save to a network location

I've had better luck not using the 'download manager'.

If I recall there is that link one can follow; however I think it only appears after a few fails?
Or you have to search around too find the link to install without using the download mangler

Can't you access the download via accounts.autodesk.com? Here you can make a choise. I'm not sure if 2016 is in the list if you don't have a license.
