HPGL/2 drivers under Win7 x64
« on: March 27, 2015, 06:45:05 AM »
Which HPGL/2 drivers are you using, which good and bad experiences can you report? Who uses the old ones (750? 1050, 1055,..) or the current ones (T770, T1100, ...).

Because I'm checking for "Save HPGL/2 to file" and "plotView" I ask for drivers, not for the plotters  ;-)

Have a fine weekend.
Peter

Just noticing this thread now...

You want to use an HPGL driver on purpose? I avoid plotting with them if I can.

You might find that the above does not translate well to German.

I think that post-processing is sometimes easier (scaling, cropping white spaces, batch features, ...) and creating output from drawings with embedded raster-image is quicker. Transparency has to be checked ...

???
To what or to whom are referring to?

My mistake, I thought I had seen else where that you were translating between English and German.
No offense was intended.

Your choice but Postscript is a programming language HPGL is not (images are quicker with HPGL though).
