Dinamic Block
« on: February 25, 2015, 01:16:03 PM »
Hi guys!
How are you?

I'm trying to create a dinamic block, but the text isn't the center after rotate it.

Can you help me please?

is your text CENTER Justified? is that Insertion point being used to define the center of the rotation parameter?

Yep my friend

text Center Justifield.

I think the problem is the rotate action.

I don't know how to fix it.

no it's the stretch and move parameter they do not appear to include the text objects...

I've tried many times to include the text to move and stretch parameter. Isn't working.

Could you please, Attach a example for me, please?

Here is a sample...

Note I used some geometric constraints to link a line
and a circle...the text is also constrained....

Then when stretched things stay centered....

I'm studying your block and I didn't get it.
I'm not used to create like that.

Trust that is NOT the ONLY way, however it is how I might do it...
to ensure the ext stayed centered once the section line was stretched and or rotated....

I think the rotate action is wrong in my block, because isn't following the strech command.

See attached

Just modify move action to include rotation parameter so its center or rotation point is moved with stretch action.

you are welcome...

notice that you now have TWO ways to approach this function

if you study my block...and make one like it that works the same way...

blessing and the curse of autocad

most always more than one way to accomplish the same end state
