I don't know what ConsiderList you want , like ((Diameter ,  Tension-capacity) ( ... , ... )) ?

My friend asked me for a lisp to create BBL (Bar Binding list) Or BBS (Bar Binding Schedule).
there are text on shopdrawing in special format ( for example: 3T16-6-200-B1) and this lisp grab these data and but in a table.
I saw this lisp in theswamp (I belive) and I want to ask the coder for comercial usage of this lisp.

This is a list for design beams reinforced ,
3T16-6-200-B1
3 --> numbers of reinbar
T --> Steel material code , Like HRB400 , RRB500, ect.
16 --> reinbar diameter , mm
6 --> sectional area of 3T16 , 6cm*cm
200--> beam width , mm
B1 --> Reinforcement scheme code .

This is a typical rebar call-up in the UK. (Although T is no longer used)

3 --> No. OFF
B --> STEEL TYPE (e.g. Grade B500B or B500C, denoted by B)
16 --> SIZE OF BAR (mm)
6 --> BAR MARK
200--> BAR CENTRES (mm)
B1 --> LOCATION (e.g. B1 = Bottom Layer nearest to concrete face)
