Formatting Lists
« on: November 07, 2013, 11:08:06 AM »
I have always had this problem, and today.. it's just driving me bonkers.. I am trying to format mtext and have a lettered and numbered list.. and it actually crashed autocad.. this seems so simple.. yet it is so difficult

1. Major heading
     A.  Secondary line
          1.  Tertiary line
                a.   last level

This seems so simple in word and word pad.. I can't seem to find a way to set the corresponding levels so that they are not

1. Major heading
   1.1.   secondary line
          1.1.1.   tertiary line
                1.1.1.1.   last line

or

a. Major heading
   1.1.   secondary line
          1.1.1.   tertiary line
                1.1.1.1.   last line

you guys are the pro's  ...  why is this so difficult?
