Layer Isolation Lock/Unlock - Fading problem
« on: November 01, 2013, 12:10:30 PM »
Hi, I found the routine for Layer Isolation made by Kent Cooper. This one is very cool but it works just like on/off isolation. I would like to add lock/unlock isolation (fading) functionality as well. Job almost done, but I’m struggling with fading (LAYLOCKFADECTL). The problem is Unisolation.
I run the new routine (LIL) and then I want to unlock layers back again. Run LUO, it does its job, and it looks just fine. But if I do REGEN, fades all unlocked layers again even if they are not locked anymore.
Please help, how to make unfading permanent.

Welcome to the Swamp.

Have you asked Kent to modify the routine?
Most likely he would accommodate you.

Actually, I have not. I would not bother him or anyone particular. I thought somebody might have experience with this variable, because I cant figure out, how it works :/
