A fellow Swamper needs your thoughts and prayers
« on: November 23, 2012, 07:35:49 PM »
I just got some tragic news. Richard 'Sinc' Sincovec was found comatose in his home last night by a relative who went looking for him when he failed to show for Thanksgiving dinner. He is in the hospital in Colorado Springs, CO, where the doctors say IF he makes it through this weekend he MAY have a chance of full recovery.

Please send whatever prayers or thoughts you can. Hoping Praying for a speedy and full recovery!

I will post more once I learn more. His sister, who lives just a few miles south of me, somehow managed to locate me and showed up at my front door to give me the news.

I will make my best wishes to Sinc with the setting sun tonight so that it will rise tomorrow over him and bring him peace in whatever way.

I heard from Sinc's dad about an hour ago. His condition improved substantially overnight. They are now cautiously optimistic. He is responding to voice commands and moving in bed. His Dad sounded quite relieved today compared to last night.

I'm at a rest stop on I-5 headed for Vegas. Will update again when I hear more.

More good news! Here's a quote from his sister an hour, or so, ago.
Quote from: Rinah
He is now talking and able to recognize himself and family, and the doctor said it's a miracle he's alive. He's not out of the woods yet, so I ask you my friends to please keep my brother in your thoughts and prayers, because something saved him once and I can't lose him right now. Thank you, friends.

Not much I can add to that, other than, Get Well, Sinc!

Thoughts and mojo coming from this side of the world too... I hope the improvement continues until full recovery has been made.
Thanks for explaining the word "many" to me, it means a lot.
