Is this AutoLisp?

In AutoCAD MEP or Architecture if open Stlye Manager and go to Door Styles then go to the Display Properties tab and select an override then press Ctrl + C this is what is copied to your clipboard. A pic is added to explain better.

It looks *similar* to the plain text written to a *.LAS (Layer State) file... but not quite.
