Printer problem

One of my mappers is having a problem making multiple copies. We put in 3 or 4 in the box for number of prints but only one comes out each time. Am I missing a setting or something? C3D 2010

Are you publishing or are you plotting?
With the publish command, I too have had problems with that option.
Good, clean and fresh
pagesetups
for each layout
"usually" fixed the problem.

Just straight plotting. No problem on other computers. Just hers which led me to believe it was a bad setting or something.

In that case you might want to erase the PC3 file and recreate it. If that does not work, reinstall the drivers for the printer at the system printer level. Good luck.

I don't even want to say how many things I tried. Finally removed the printer from her machine and reinstalled it. It's working now. Thank you for the input.
