Structure Label with Wipeout
« on: May 13, 2011, 02:48:15 AM »
Just something I would like to share.

I created a manhole information block with a wipeout behind the text and frame of the block, to display the Cover Level, Invert Level and the depth of the manhole on the drawing.

The frame and wipeout are two separate blocks that I insert in the label style.  I had some issues to get the wipeout to display properly at the back of the label.  I managed to fix this by creating the label from scratch, but starting with the wipeout block first and then the other stuff on top.

See the attached.

cool Willie, next you might look into setting the draworder for your items inside the Labelstyle Composer.
And as I have always indicated, creating all your labels and styles is usually better than using any made by autodesk.
Your experiment proves that point.
