Autoplant into Smartplant 3D

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to View/Reference/Convert Bentley Autoplant models into Smartplant 3D? 

If so has anyone tried it?

Plant design software has a history of being almost (but not entirely) incompatible with each other.  Even if you do find a method you will likely still be tracing center lines.  Try for a PDF export/import for starters.
