Topic: Layer Groups (AcLyLayerGroup). Help needed.

I'm dealing with VLA's "AcLyLayerGroup" using 'vla-getxrecorddata', and thats what I get:

Within each safearray there is a couple integers (long ones, I think I should call them). Something like...

I've identify the first one as the ObjectID of th layer, but.. What does it means the second one?

Does anybody knows an easier way to get all this layer filters and groups stuff  ?
